About Arizona Water Heater Fix

We connect Arizona homeowners with independent local water heater professionals, built around one thing Arizona does differently than almost anywhere else in the country.

What We Do

Arizona Water Heater Fix is a referral service, not a plumbing company. When you call, we match you with an independent local professional who handles water heater repair, replacement, installation, and related service in your part of Arizona. Every job is performed by that independent contractor, who sets their own pricing, scheduling, and scope of work.

We built this service because finding the right person for a water heater problem in Arizona shouldn't require knowing which garage-versus-attic installer works your neighborhood, or which brand of tank actually holds up against your ZIP code's water.

Why Arizona Is Different

Arizona homes don't have basements, so water heaters end up in garages, attics, and exterior closets, each with its own failure points and access challenges. Add mineral-heavy municipal water across most of the state and summer heat that pushes 115°F in the low desert, and a tank here works harder than the national-average unit the manufacturer tested against.

That's the gap we built this service to close: matching your specific setup (city, install location, water hardness, tank age) with a pro who already knows what that combination usually means.

How a Referral Works

  1. 1You describe the problem. City, where the unit lives, roughly how old it is, and what it's doing. Two minutes on the phone.
  2. 2We match you to a contractor. An independent licensed pro who already works your area and that install type, attic, garage or exterior closet.
  3. 3They quote you directly. Pricing, scheduling and scope come from the contractor, not from us. Nothing is marked up on our side.
  4. 4The work is theirs. Your agreement, warranty and any follow-up are with the contractor who does the job.

What We Don't Do

We don't perform plumbing work, hold the license for it, or carry the insurance for it, the independent contractor we refer you to does. We don't set prices, and we don't take a cut of your invoice. We also won't tell you over the phone that your tank definitely needs replacing; nobody can know that without seeing it.

Before any work begins, it's reasonable to ask the contractor for their ROC license number and proof of insurance. A legitimate Arizona contractor will give you both without hesitation.
